Tree Problems

We have a horrible infestation of bagworms in our trees. From what I've read, early July is too late to spray effectively. I have someone picking them off. What do I do next?

Hand pulling or power washing the 'bags' off may be an adequate form of control. Perhaps, you can try some of the same tactics from the following article:
