Q.Back Lawn Has Died During The Summer Drought. How Best To Replace It In The Fall?

Lawn is all brown. Have fertilized it but nothing’s happened.

Some grasses will go dormant in the face of drought, so that is always a possibility. Wait till cooler weather returns and ample moisture and it may regrow.
