I have 3 Quaking Aspen trees that are aggressively suckering. Is there any way to reduce the amount of suckers that the tree sends out?

Trees sucker more when they are under stress Without knowing more about your trees, I cannot give a specific reason why it might be stressed, but common reasons are under-watering, pest infestation and root constriction. If you reduce the stress on the tree, the suckers will lessen.
