Are These Hyacinth Bulbs Healthy ?

Hi, I m in Australia and in Spring. These bulbs bloomed couple of months ago. I am attaching pics and see if they are healthy and will bloom. They are fridge at the moment. Is onion like peeling is normal.?

This looks to be a bacterial infection. I would treat them with sulfur powder, or wettable sulfur before storing. This article will help you to store them:
