Q.Arabian Jasmine Leaves Curling And Drying Flowers Dying In Infancy

hello I am concerned about my Arabian jasmine plant that is not blooming anymore, its leaves are curling up, dry to touch but still green. old leaves are turning brown faster & falling. its been watered enough and also fed nutrients now and then not regularly but mostly 14 days apart. due to winter, I was not able to give them enough sunlight. I am looking to revive the plant & want to know if it has gotten pests or some disease.

I appears to be overwatered, and possibly overfed, unfortunately. Before feeding, measure soil nutrients and pH. This will tell you when the soil nutrient content is low. Here are some articles that will help:
