Q.Apricot tree
My tree has many apricots starting and is very green. The ends of the branches where the new shoots are are all dead or withered. What caused this? Should I spray? This was a surprise when I took a close look. Can you help me?
The tree is 3 years old.
You may have had some winter damage to the tree. You can prune the dead branches in the spring or wait.
