Q.Any Special Precautions For Hot And Arid Environments?
I’m growing my potted kaffir tree on the patio in a high desert environment – arid, triple digits temps and full sun and southern exposure. This it’s first year outside and it did well through the spring. Can I leave it fully exposed through the intense summer? Or would it be better moved to my northern exposure where the shadow of the house can give it some shade time?

They need full sun so go ahead and place it where it will benefit from lots of light. However, they do need humidity, so you will need to keep it misted. Soil must be well-drained and kept moist but not saturated or it will get root rot.
