American Holly Leaves With Reddish Hue

Question

I planted a small American holly the spring of 2020 and this year am finding that the normally pale green leaves have been taking on a reddish hue (more so now that fall is approaching). Could this be tar spot, or something else. I didn’t notice this last year. If it is tar spot, how and when can I treat it. I have other hollies in the yard that I would like to protect.
