Q.Amaryllis Flower Shoots

Zone Whitefish, Mt 59937 | DaMTMan added on February 12, 2016 | Answered

My amaryllis flower has several shoots growing up around the bulb. I have been told that I can remove these shoots and replant in different pots, so is there any specific technique I should know or just dig it up and snip off the shoots and replant them all in different pots?

Thanks, Steve

The process is called bulb 'chipping'.

Here is a link that will help you.
