Q.Am I over or under watering this jade plant?

Zone tallinn | gewspv added on June 13, 2018 | Answered

Hello, I have this jade plant that I got over 2 years ago. I’ve noticed that it isn’t growing larger and that the leaves are turning yellow and falling off (as you can see from the pictures below) and the leaves that are green aren’t the nice dark green their supposed to be. What am I doing wrong?

As you can see the plant gets a lot of sunlight as it’s on a window sill, I water it about once a week.

Keep soil moist but not wet during active growth in the spring and summer. Allow soil to dry between waterings in the winter. Avoid splashing water on the leaves while watering. If shedding or brown spots occur on the leaves, it is an indication that the plant needs more water.
