All my alstromerias are growing and abundant, but none have any buds so far. Why is this? They have always given dozens of flowers in past springs. But there don’t seem to be any this year. What has happened?

Do you fertilize these at least once per year? If not, I recommend doing so. It sounds like there is a lack of potassium and phosphorus in the soil.
