Q.Almond Tree Snapped High
3 year old almond tree snapped high due to wind. Will it survive and regrow or die?

Normally, this kind of damage will recover. It will send out replacement branches, but it may take quite awhile before it flowers. Keep caring for it as usual.
You can attempt to reattach the main stem, as if you were grafting, but it is likely to fail. If this happens, the side shoots will take over for the lost top. Just make sure to keep any growth that comes from the base of the tree cut out.

Dear BushDoctor, thanks a lot for your prompt answer which is a great relief after grief. Please let me know whether to cut off the snapped overhanging tree top or leave it as such for the replacement branches to grow.
Thanks a lot for your help and support. With regards
