Can I just re pot the plant to stand upright ?

Is the stem too firm to stake it upright? If so, try turning it the opposite direction toward the light. It must be reaching for light. Or, if you have a sunnier location that gets full sun, you can move it. Another option is to add a grow light. Instead of trying to repot it, you can cut off the stem a few inches below the leaves and allow the stem to callus over. Then pot it in succulent potting soil. You should end up with two plants!
