Q.After Propagating roses and transplanting them, should I trim them back when they try to flower to establish a better rooting system?

I would let them do their thing and bloom. You could add some super thrive to the water you water them with to help them deal with any shock or stress though. It is a fine vitamin tonic type product that is available at most garden centers and wal-mart.
