Q.What Type of Sprinkler Is Safe to Use on Newly Planted Grass Seed?
Somehow I managed to close this question to new answers. . . how do I undo that?
I received a reply stating boiling water would kill the weeds I was questioning. . . just want to clarify — will the boiling water kill the nearby grass as well? Does boiling water work for moss – both in the lawn and in/on cement hardscaping?

The boiling water will kill any vegetation it touches. If you make 2 funnels out of the cut off tops of soda bottles and tape them together at the mouths, This will create a funnel you can use to place over the areas that you want to kill without hurting other plants.
