I winterized my geraniums and they are full and green but the leaves are very big. I have yet to see any flowers or buds. Any suggestions?
The geraniums you actively grow over winter will produce larger plants with heavier stems. Wintered over geraniums may be slow to bloom the second year, so you will want to give it some time. If you take care of them properly by giving them the water, fertilizer, the warmth and sun they need, they should bud.

I do not know the type of begonia my mom is growing. I am unable to find pictures of begonias with the same type of leaves.
I believe your mothers plant is actually a Geranium.
I would not be able to identify the variety. When it blooms you can have a better chance of making an identification.

Bought a geranium. It was a light orchard then it turned pink. Why? I did repot it.
Color blossoms can change or fade as the plant matures.
Repotting had nothing to do with the color changes in the flowers.
Exposure to sunlight after leaving the greenhouse can also fade blossoms.

Growing geraniums in pots in a planter that holds around 30 plants, in tiers. This is for outdoors. Will they grow in full sun and what soil to plant them in?
Geranium can be grown in full sun and you should plant them in a good quality potting soil
Make sure the pots have drainage.
Container plants will need to be watering daily and even twice a day when the temperatures are hot.
