Do blue berries need to be cross pollinated with blue berries or can it be with any berry plant?
Blueberries usually self pollinate, but having another blueberry plant near by can also help. This article may help:

We have several bags of pine needles to dispose of. Can they be used for bedding for our blueberry plants to hold the moisture in the ground as we seem to be having a very dry year?
Hi, I'm planting a circle of varied blueberry bushes around my precious little Himalayan white birch, How far away from the tree (diameter is only about an inch to date) do you suggest I plant the blueberry bushes? How much distance should the bushes be from one another. Re. ph levels: optimal for 1) blueberry bushes 2) the birch 3) nearby strawberry patch 4) neary raspberry path 5) ph for various ferns in mostly shady back yard. My woodsy garden and I thank you!
Blueberries will need full sun and the tree may shade them too much.
You may want to find a different location for them.
These plants are suggested companion plants for a Himalayan White Birch.
Boxwood (Buxus); Lenten Rose (Helleborus); Sweet Flag (Acorus); Grecian Pattern Plant (Acanthus mollis); Curly Sedge (Carex)

I have 2 blueberry bushs that are 4 years old. This year they had tons of berries but did not turn blue evidently falling off .....?......
Fruit drop can be due to environmental issues, watering, disease, pests, poor pollination, or the plants naturally thinning themselves.
This link will help refresh you on the care requirements and help you pinpoint the cause.
My blueberry plants were mowed by mistake. There is about 2 inches of the plant left. Will they come back up or do I need to buy new plants?
Yes, they should grow back, but it may take a few seasons.
Speaking from experience, a few of mine were mowed over last year and have slowly been making a comeback!
