    Normally erect cultivars and trailing blackberries are spaced from 2 to 4 feet apart and from 3 to 5 feet apart within a row.

    As long as these sprouts have roots on them, you can dig them up and replant elsewhere.

    The best time for planting is in the spring once all chance of frost in your area is passed. Make sure to provide plenty of water for the first month or so to help them get established.     While they do bloom prior to producing berries, blackberry plants normally have white flowers, not orange. Perhaps, if you could send a picture, we would be better able to identify the plant you have and provide more help.
