Q.leaves turning yellow on my passion vine
Why are some of the leaves turning yellow and dropping on my passion vine. Has been very hot and dry. I water every am and the plant is growing but dropping lower leaves.

Yellowing leaves generally does indicate a watering issue, to much or to little.
Check the soil. If it feels dry you may need to increase watering, especially in temperatures above 85 degrees.
If this is a container plant you may need to water twice a day in warm weather.
