Q.Transplanting Hydrangeas

I have a hydrangea that has green blossoms. I want to transplant it. How do I do it? I live in Zone 4.

While it can transplant fairly easy, it's probably better if this is done while dormant, or early spring in your area, and get as much of the root system as possible.
