My zucchinis are not a dark green and they are very fat at the bottom. Now I have zucchinis that are turning yellow. They are not soft and they are not wilting. What could be the problem? Some of the leaves are yellow as well.
Yellowing is usually caused by a lack of Nitrogen, which can be helped by adding nitrogen-rich compost, lime, or manure.
My zucchini is loaded with male flowers. How soon do the female flowers come?
This is typical behavior for a squash plant. They will produce mostly male (non-fruiting) blossoms early in the season and will gradually start to produce more female blossoms as the season progresses. Give it some time and you will see it start fruiting.
This is our second lot of zucchini plants this year. The plant starts to grow and look healthy, then the new leaves from the centre of the plant start to turn yellow. We have completely dug up the garden, put heaps of lime, dianamic lifter, compost, and other fertilizer in before replanting, but the same thing is happening. Anybody got any suggestions?
It sounds like you have vine borers. This article should help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/squash/squash-pests-identifying-and-preventing-squash-vine-borer.htm
For the past few years, my zucchini have been growing great until just after the plant blooms and the zucchini start to grow. They start to grow and then they just start to shrivel. The leaves have a slightly whitish color to them. You cannot wipe the white off. I even went so far this year to plant one plant in a pot quite far away from my garden and the same thing seems to be happening to all my plants. Please help. I am so frustrated that my plants keep dying.
The abrupt wilting is likely vine borer. This article will help with that:

This is the first time I grew zucchini and I have about an eight inch one. Is it done? How do I know?
Yes, that does sound like a good size to begin picking. These articles should help as well: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/zucchini/growing-zucchini.htm

The end of my zucchini, where the flower is, rotted off. I do have blossom-end rot spray, but they say don't get the leaves wet. I bought this for my tomatoes last year, but this stuff absorbs though the leaves.

I have 3 zucchini plants that are growing very nicely. They all have lots of flowers on them, but not one zucchini on the plant. The flowers bloom and then fall off. Why are there no fruits growing?
