I was trimming my wisteria plant and took off too much, so can I grow another plant with some of the branches? Do I need to dip it in growth harmone? Should I put it in a pot and baby it all year, until spring? Thanks a head of time, and just how much sun do they need, or how little sun can they rake?

I planted a Wisteria about a year ago and want to train it over an arbor. The plant is about 6 ft from an underground sewer line. Will this cause me problems? The plant above ground is so aggressive that it has me concerned. It seems to do very well in our dirt and climate.
Wisteria roots are aggressive and fast growing and can cause damage to foundations.
I would advise you move the plant.

My wisteria vine is growing fast but has produced flowers. What should I do to make it bloom?
The soil may have too much nitrogen. Try to offset it with some phosphorus, like bone meal, to help promote more lush blooms. This article should also help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/wisteria/wisteria-blooming-problems.htm
I have a sick Millettia Reticulata wisteria shrub that was doing fine then it got over 100 F. The leaves started to vein and fall off. I've got other wisteria vines. I just throw some Hi-Yield iron+ on them and it's fine. This shrub got worse. The pH is 6 and it's wilting and blooms are falling off. I used super-thrive in water alone, no fertilizer, nothing. I don't have much time. Any ideas?
You likely need to increase watering to the plant.
It has most likely dropped leaves to protect the roots from the heat and dry conditions.

When should Wisteria be planted?
You can plant wisteria any time of the year in most locations if you are transplanting a container-grown plant, though early spring is usually the best time. If you are transplanting an established vine, then this must be done while it is dormant, usually in winter.
