We have a peach tree (about 10 years old) and it has only produced flowers and peaches in about 3 or 4 years. This year we didn't even get any flowers (we live in Golden Colorado and it was a wet and cool spring). Is there anything we can do to encourage the tree to flower, bud and produce peaches? Thanks so much!
I would have the soil tested to make sure that there is not a phosphorus deficiency in the soil. The trees need phosphorous to bloom and produce fruit. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/soil-fertilizers/phosphorus-plant-growth.htm
I planted two peach trees this spring and on one them the leaves are turning yellow and the other one has nice green color. They are 20 ft apart and planted both at same time. Any recommendations?
There are many things that can cause yellow leaves on a plant. This article will help you determine which may be affecting your peach tree:

I have cut out some of the fungus and sprayed it with white vinegar and it has helped some. Is it ok to spray the whole tree with vinegar or is it too acidic and will it harm the tree?
Without know exactly the type of fungus you are dealing with I would recommend using Neem OIl.
Neem Oil works as both an insecticide and fungicide. It is safe for people, pets and beneficial bugs.

I assume it is a fungus. The fruit gets a brown spot and quickly the whole peach is rotten and the leaves around this fruit turn black.
Sounds like your trees might have brown rot. Here is an article that will help you:

Happy gardening!
I am a relatively new tenant on a property with two peach trees. Last year the peaches were a good size and the year before last they were big, but this year they were more like apricots. I think the trees need to be pruned, as there are some "dead" areas (no leaves but I can see sap on the wood) and they probably need "food." I've seen "food" for fruit trees in a local store. Is that the same as fertilizer? If not, which is better - the "food" or fertilizer? And although some of the "dead" branches have sap, are they "alive"? And should they be pruned? Thank so much for any help you provide.
Yes - "food" for fruit trees is the same as fertilizer.
The articles below will help you regain good sized peaches:

This peach tree developed this after cold spell and is not getting better despite good feeding.
This appears to be Peach Leaf Curl.

Tree is young and has developed a leaf lumpiness on most leaves (see photo).
I'm afraid that this a classic case of peach leaf curl, a very common virus disease. You can control by spraying with a fungicide in Jan/Feb and again now.
Pick off all diseased leaves.
Moving the peach indoors under glass can also work.
This is Peach Curl disease that can be treated with a fungicide.
