Why would my Passion flower vine not bloom all summer when it is being fertilized and in plenty of light?
There are a few reasons why it may not be flowering, but likely it is not mature enough.

I found a passion flower vine with pods I want to transfer a vine to another place in my yard. Need to know how to use the pods and where to use them at. I have a porch that I would like to start traling up on strings, but don't know when to use the pods.
You can remove the seeds and germinate them for planting. Do keep in mind that passion flower can grow from seed – but very slowly. The seeds can take up to a year to germinate. Therefore, cuttings of the vine would be much more easier (and quicker). Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/passion-flower/propagating-passion-flower.htm
I bought a passion flower vine this summer. It was 10" tall. I planted it outside in the ground on a trellis and it gets 3-4 hours of direct noon sun. Well, it flurished even in our hot Oklahoma summer on record that reached 110-112 degrees with no rain. It is now 10' tall and covered with blooms. I want this to come back next year. Our winters can be as brutal as our summers. This fall I plan to heavily mulch around the base. Everything I read does not mention whether or not I shold prune the vine. Do I cut it back once it goes dormant or just let it go?
While these plants will normally die down for winter dormancy, thus, not requiring too much pruning, since yours is quite large, cutting it back by about a third (or even half if not more) might make it easier. I have a passion flower vine in a large pot with a trellis. Can I keep it out in winter? I noticed today there are several pods growing on the plant. They are the size of fresh prunes. They are light green. Are these seed pods to save for next spring and plant? How do you save them?
This article will help you with its winter care: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/passion-flower/passion-flower-winter-care.htm
Yes, these are seed pods. If you do not plan on propagating any additional plants, you can simply cut them off and dispose of them. Otherwise, you can remove the seeds and germinate them for planting. Do keep in min that passionflower can grow from seed – but very slowly. The seeds can take up to a year to germinate. Therefore, cuttings of the vine would be much more easier (and quicker). Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/passion-flower/propagating-passion-flower.htm
Things are eating my passion fruit leaves at night. How do I stop that from happening?
If you are seeing night time damage with no visible pest, it is typically slugs or snails. They do like new growth best and will move on to older growth when new growth is gone. I want to start the passion flower vine from seed. When is the fruit ready for harvest and how do I tell if seeds are ready?
The fruit will change from green to yellow or purple depending on the variety. The fruit will drop from the vine when ripe.

2 years ago I ordered a mail order Passion Flower Vine. Last year I had tons of blossoms and many Gulf Fritillary butterflies. The vine was naked due to the voracious appetite of their caterpillars. This year the vine could be the stand in for the movie, LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS! The vine has taken over the fence, trees, porch. I only saw 2 caterpillars. There were very, very few flowers. Full sun, rain water, no added fertilizer, just greenery! Help! I planted it for the butterflies.
If your Passion Flower is not blooming it can be due to age, fertilizer, watering and sunlight conditions.
