I revive the plant , it is in a big pot and it about 9 feet tall. There is a little green color on the tops of both trunks. Wanted to know leave it and see if it puts out, or cut it back and replant? Thought we had it in a green house that would keep it alive but not so sure, since all the limbs have fallen off. Had this about 15 years don't won't to loss it. Thanks for your help.
It is best not to do any pruning till all the cold weather has passed. You can cover it during any more cold spells. These articles should help:

The pine was doing very well. Growing tall and healthy until the freeze.
You can remove broken or dead limbs at the trunk.

Do I have to wait 15-50 years to find out from the seed pods and whatnot or is there a way to tell before maturity?
Correct, and it may take closer to the 15 to 20 mark. Unfortunately, this is going to be a waiting game. Until then, just give it the best care that you can.

They are approx 15" tall with 6 in a small pot.
You would need to check whether they are individual trees with separate crowns or just one or two crowns with several trunks arising. You wouldn't want to separate the trees coming from one crown or growing point.
If you have several separate crowns, you can divide those carefully, disturbing the roots as little as possible. Plant each crown in a separate container, with the new soil line the same as it was before.

Tree is 8 ft tall. In for winter, out for spring. Lives in 20 inch pot. House humidity is 35 to 40 %.moderate light. How much water? Thank you
Beautiful tree! They can be finicky. Keep the soil moist but not saturated. Water when the top of the soil is dry. Here are the growing needs:
