Once this one gets started, it can be tough to get rid of without chemical control. There is something newer on the market, though. These products contain Mesotrione.

Unfortunately, it may require multiple applications to control. As you may have noticed- It is quite difficult to control. If this does not work, then Round Up may be needed.
Outside of this, you can remove the grass and improve the soil to help control this invasive species.
