Mango tree is approximately 8 years old. It has not yet flowering for fruit. This tree is grown from seed. Please advise what should we do to get fruit.
This will more than likely recover once warm weather returns. This will be a waiting game until then. Here is an article for more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/duranta/care-of-duranta-plants.htm
2 years ago a mango tree died in my yard, and now the bigger one is dropping all its leaves also. Possums are always in it. Wondering if this could be it?
Without any specifics the best I can do is give you this link for information on diseases.

You can also contact your County Extension Office for specifics to your region and possible issues with fruit trees.
There is open space between the branches so all gets plenty of sunshine. There is good growth in the fall wet season. I do get som e ponding around it in heavy rains but it drains quickly. Any ideas about how to get it to bloom?
There are, actually, quite a few things that could cause this issue. This article will help you to get started: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/mango/mango-tree-not-producing.htm
I planted a Julie mango seed in a pot and within 5 or 6 days, it sprouted. In this picture it's a little over a week old. However, since it's sprouted, it's leaves r this brown color and nearly another week has passed and they're still the same color and also a bit droopier. I tried placing it in the sun for a few more hours, but haven't seen any improvement. Is this normal? Is the pot just cramming it's root since it's only about 7 inches deep?
Make sure you have not overwatered. Soil should be moist but never soggy. Make sure the container has adequate drainage.

We have espaliated a plum tree and it has done well. We did have a normal mango tree but it did not survive, so we are wanting to try a dwarf mango and wondered whether it would cope with being espaliated.
You should be able to espaliate a Mango, though they will need constant pruning and they have a deep root structure.

Can I grow mango in subzero climate city, and what to do to protect it from morning frost that might kill it? I am currently growing it in pots thinking if I need to move them indoors in winter. Thanks. Jean
This tree will not survive if your temperatures go below 40 degrees F.

My mango tree is suffering some strange problem; very good looking mangos, but from seed pulp gets rotten, and it shreds outward. How to control this seed rot.
There are a few issues that will cause this, and a fungicide is usually the best way to go about treatment. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/mango/mango-tree-diseases.htm
