    As long as you follow instructions for proper intensity (usually measured in umols) for the type of plant and its age regarding how much light intensity that it requires, then any horticultural grade light is appropriate.

    Instructions for intensity can be found from the manufacturer of the light in question, but is best measured with a PAR meter.

    It seems that you are referring to LED. I do not stand behind the old "Blurple" LEDs. They lack quite a bit of spectrum that plants need in order to be happy.

    These new quantum LED panels are the top of lighting standards, at this time. They appear "Daylight" spectrum. They are far superior to older LED tech, when used properly.
