Hello, My neighbor has 2 jujube about 1 feet from my swimming pool. The roots go through my backyard. Is it going to damage my swimming pool?
It is possible. The tree roots are extensive and will search for water in pipes. Here is more:

My Jujube has brown tips the leaves Almost the whole tree has brown tips 50% of leaves. I just get it for three days and been raining a lot. On the area I grow it have a lot of sun. I don’t know what happened so I cut a half a leaf off I don’t know that’s a good way to do or not? Thank you.
The brown tips could be from the excess water since they prefer a hot, dry climate in sandy, well-drained soil. You don't need to cut off the brown tips. The leaves will eventually fall and should be replaced.
Make sure your soil is well draining. That will help with the rains. You can work in some amendments, such as compost, around the tree to help the drainage.
