Can you pinch them back if they are growing tall but not full?
My garden impatiens only bloom in the spring, then they turn into a green bush. How do I get them to continue blooming? They have been in my garden for 5 years and have never keep blooming.
Here is a link about the care requirements of this annual flower.

The leaves on my plants are curling up. Is it too much water or not enough? HELP, PLEASE!
Curling or distorting of leaves is most likely a pest issue.
You can treat your plants with Neem Oil.
It can also be caused by herbicides, was the area near your plants sprayed for weeds?

How can I propagate my Parrot Impatiens, as it has grown too tall and I need to prune it. I thought it would be nice to be able to give some plants to my friends.
Easily propagated with cuttings, you can place the cuttings in water and when roots form, plant them into small pots.

The plant gets buds, but they either fall off or else open up into few poorly-blooming flowers that are not at all spectacular. I've fertilized. I've had them in both shade and sun. I've watered them... what else do I do? Another question is about our Ash tree. It bloomed but has very few berries. Doesn't make sense to me. Flowers should bear berries, no?
You may have over fertilized. To much Nitrogen can cause lack of flowers.
You can add phosphorous. Bone Meal is a good treatment.
Your lack of berries on your Ash Tree may be nothing more than environmental changes. Some years it may have abundant flowers and berries, some years less.

Planted Impatiens in full shade about a month ago. They were blooming at the time. Now growing and look healthy but stopped blooming since put in the ground. Never had this problem with them before. Thanks, Sharon ?
You could have too much nitrogen in your soil. Excess nitrogen will inhibit flowering.
Don't over fertilize. Use a balanced formulation when you do.
Give you plants an application of phosphorous, which promotes flowering.
Bone Meal is a good organic method to add phosphorous.
