I just moved to north Dallas Texas, specifically Frisco, TX. In the new home I moved into, there is a line of holly bushes. They have red berries to attract 100s of I think honeybees. Is that because of it being spring or will they always have so many bees? There are so many I have to avoid the area. I am thinking of pulling the holly out.
Bees, Butterflies and even Hummingbirds are attracted to the Holly, they are foraging for pollen and likely have no interest in you.
They will move on as the season opens more pollen sources to them.
They will not likely bother anyone while they are so busy collecting pollen.
Unless you bother them or disturb them, you should have no issues.
Bees are beneficial and we all need the Bees!

leaves. Can a holly next to it be good and another holly is turning yellow? Thank you.
It is possible that the holly with the yellow leaves has a problem with its roots, or that it is being crowded and outcompeted by the hollies next to it. This could lead to that holly receiving less water ir nutrients than its neighbors. Try taking the measures in this article to deal with any possible water or nutrition problems:

Mushroom compost can be used around trees, but it is pretty strong, so it should be mixed with soil first and not placed directly against the tree trunk:
