I recently planted some Gladiola bulbs in some pots on my balcony they're growing great except for some of the leaves have like a silver grey-ish almost looks like fungus maybe growing on them what is it and how do I fix it?
There are (unfortunately) so many diseases that can attack plants! You may have any number of pests hanging around your Gladiolas, or it may have gotten too humid or moist recently, causing some mold on the leaves. You'll have to go through the process of elimination in order to determine what the cause could be. In almost all cases, you'll need to cut the affected leaves off the plants.

I live in the Florida Panhandle... What's the lowest temp the glads could over winter?
Many gladiolas are hardy down to zones 7 or 8. They should grow fine as a perennial in the florida pan handle. This article may help:

I am getting married at the end of July of this year and would like to use gladiolus in the bouquet and boutonnieres. I live in a zone 6 in Ohio, so it is going to be pretty hot and humid. Will gladiolus be able to hold up for 8 hours plus in a bouquet and/or boutonniere without much water? Thank you
Make sure you properly cut and hydrate the flowers in clean water.
Purchase floral preservative that is diluted in the water.
