I’ve been watering them every other day past couple of weeks. They still have flowers but starting look unwell. Leaves are turning yellow and not crispy. See attached pictures. I was wondering if I give them water too much or need water more. They are on my balcony and lots of sun everyday. I’m located in LA.
The flowers look good so it's probably overwatering. Feel the soil before you water and see if the surface is dry. If it is, wait another day and check again. They probably won't need frequent watering unless it gets in the upper 80s or 90s.
I live in California and need to find out what to use to keep snails out of my Gazania Plants.

Looks healthy
I do see signs of disease. I would be sure to apply a light fungicide to avoid any issues.
Also worth noting- Some potting soils contain too much nitrogen for this plant. These flowers usually reside in poor soils with really good drainage. I would opt for lighter soils, or mix orchid and cactus mixes into your soils.
Watch watering, as well. Make sure that they dry, thoroughly, between waterings. This drought resistant plant will not want to be moist, consistently.
