My garlic vine I have had for years now has loads of seed pods. Can you use the seeds, dry them or plant them wet or what? I want to start some new plants.
Seeds can be germinated, but require heat. Cuttings is the preferred method of propagation.
You may want to remove spent flowers before the go to seed to keep your plant growing and blooming.

can i grow garlic vine with a fully grown money plant and betel leaves ?? will the garlic vine harm the money plant& betel leaves , or will grow along with it ??
Epipremnum aureum ( Money tree ) and betel tree are vine type tree, so will the garlic vine kill them
A vine should not be grown with a tree or shrub. It will kill out the plant.
Keep them separate.

Am in Devon southwest uk. I saw pictures of garlic vine and would love to have one in my garden. Thank you.
They are tropical vines so you would need to grow it in a container and bring it inside for winter. If your area does not get below 25 degrees F (-3.9 C.), you could plant it in the ground.
