    Perhaps you could ask the place of purchase about this tree. I find no information on either edible or ornamental cherry named "Frosty".

    You are correct in that there is little information out there on this variety.

    Slow growing is about the most I have been able to find.

    I would contact Michigan Bulb and Spring Hill customer service department.
    There is likely an email or phone number to call.
