I have 2 eggplant plants. One Japanese and one black beauty. My Japanese plant produce in abundance. But the black beauty gets tons of flowers but the all fall off during the summer season. However, now that it is cooler (I live in the clearwater Florida area) it is starting to fruit up. Why is this and what can I do to make the fruit come for the summer season?
First, you may be experiencing a pollination problem with the one that's losing flowers. Here's an article to help with that:

These early fruits may drop off and the plant should produce again in the spring.
Planted eggplants Nov 1, the fruit is now 12 of full size but no longer hard skin springs right back when presses, so is it fully ripe?
Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. This article will help you to determine when your eggplant fruit are ripe:

the eggplant is not putting out new leaves and existing leaves are turning yellow and curling up.

I am growing black moon hybrid eggplant in containers. The plants look healthy, but all the fruits are yellow at the bottom. Is this normal?
This can be, but I would apply some calcium to prevent blossom end rot in these hungry plants!

n alfersco now my seedlings leaves are curlying Up Is it normal? Can I keep my seedlings in alfresco? Thanks in advance To break the cycle of gnats I have sprinkled cinnamon powder on my seedlings
This is likely a response to overwatering. It will be necessary to let them dry out ,some, between waterings. I would start with fresh soil and start new seedlings, being mindful of soil moisture. This article will help:

Yes, this is the preferred method of propagation. Here is an article that will help:

I'm asking about the stem right at the top. Ie the part being cut off with a knife in this photo.
