I have a small Cinnamon plant which is growing in a pot on my balcony. Since last few day the leaves are drying up and even the new born leaves are turning brown. I don't want my plant to die. Please advise what should I do. Thanks
This is a fungal infection. You must take extra care not to let ANY extra water sit in those saucers. This is likely the cause.
From here, treatment may or may not work, given the age of the young plant.
You will need to apply a solution of 1/4 peroxide and 3/4 water. Make sure to drain off all extra water and wait until the soil is almost completely dry to water again with one more round of solution.
I would recommend potting up into a slightly larger container at this time. Also, use potting mix and not anything with clay in it. This will help prevent infections.

Please advise how to take care of my Cinnamon Plant in a pot at home
They can be somewhat finicky. You will have to provide conditions as close as possible to its native environment, even in container.

I live in Colorado and planted them in smart pots.
They are very low feeders. They should be fed an "acid-lovers" mix. Citrus fertilizer will do fine here, as will blueberry fertilizers.
Any instances of apparent nutrient deficiency should be looked into as an infection, or pH issue first. If you can rule out those issues, then you can begin to diagnose deficiencies, since they are not common in the tree.

Any other information that might be helpful in growing these trees. Thanks
Our experts suggest a fertilizer that is equally balanced with nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus, but only fertilize moderately. It would also be a great idea to visit your local nursery with this question. Here's an article that may be helpful:

I was given this plant as a gift in January and it seems to be doing good. I have 6 new leaves but I just notices these ants and that worries me. Any suggestions?
Ants are usually a symptom of another insect. Likely, there are aphids nearby, as well. Here is an article that will help:
