I applied a thin layer of earthworm castings to my entire garden, only after did I read that fertilizers will kill Chondropetalum, particularly synthetic fertilizers. I'm hoping that since earthworm castings are organic and the bag said NPK 1.25-0-0 my Chondropetalum will survive because I have 4 of them that would be a pain to replace. Any insight is appreciated!
I didn't find anything that said fertilizer was detrimental but since you used a very low concentration of organic, I can't imagine any harm coming to your plants.

I have had a very difficult time finding information? I just purchased it a couple of weeks ago and it already looks like it is dying?
They will be divided, like grasses, once they clump. This will require good care until they reach this point. Here is an article that will help:
