Some people like to cook and eat radish greens- they're supposed to be good in stir fries and soups. The leaves of some varieties can be prickly, though.

Another option if you don't want to eat the roots, or they've become overgrown, is to let the radish plant continue growing and harvest the pods- they're delicious fresh or cooked:
