Q.dieffenbachia stem propagation
Recently my dieffenbachia drooped due to underwatering, so tried to do stem cuttings. Should I dry it before planting in soil?

No, simply transfer the rooted cuttings to soil, being very careful not to break the roots. Then water normally, checking every few days to make sure the plant has enough, but not too much water. Follow these instructions:
