Budding A Grape

Question

I have a grape in my greenhouse planted about ten years ago, it grows vigorously producing lots of bunches ,sadly theses are so full of seed that they are virtually unusable , Now what I would like to do is cut it off about fifteen inches from the ground and bud in a Vitis grape bud which is growing in my garden ,my question is When and how.?? I would be most grateful fot your thoughts on this. George
