I read your article on Tomatoes, leaf hoppers and excuse me? This article advised people to use imidocloprid? This is a systemic pesticide? You are advocating killing leaf hoppers with systemic pesticide on edible crops? Are you crazy? Leaf hoppers are transitory, management practices will be able to control infections, why kill pests that aren't even around anymore?
We serve to provide information for gardeners and the issues that arise in gardens.
We appreciate your concerns on the use of chemicals and we also provide information on naturally controlling pests and responsible use of chemicals in the garden.

If you pinch too many suckers off a tomato plant, can you get them to start producing again
Hmmm, did your Tomato plant stop growing? Removing suckers should just keep your plant from branching out. It shouldn't effect the main branches of the plant.
Is your Tomato plant blooming? If your not getting blooms it could be a mistake in removing too much of the plant or other issues.

I get blight on my tomato plants. What can I use to cure it?
If it is, indeed, blight, then it will have to be cured using copper fungicides, or sulfur fungicides. If it is a deficiency, which is often much more common, then this will have no effect on it. Can you include a photo of the damage? This will help me to identify the problem, and offer a good solution.
when do I move the seedlings outside? the plants are about 2 inches...
The plant should have several sets of true leaves and be 3-4 inches tall. Start the process of hardening them off now. Here is how to do that. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/propagation/seeds/how-to-harden-off-your-seedlings.htm

I am growing tomatoes in containers in a screened in lanai. The plants are beautiful, healthy, and strong. They have been blooming but nothing is happening as far as fruit. Should I put them outside the screened area so that bees can pollinate the blooms?
Tomatoes are wind pollinated. You can put a fan in the room, or you can just wiggle the flower clusters. That is all it takes. If they are not fruiting, I would look to another issue. They need plenty of water to hold the blooms. If it is too dry, or not humid enough, they will not set fruit.
