Yucca in 5 Gal. Pot in Shade

My Yucca is in a 5-gallon pot and has been on my patio in the shade for 2 years. Now the leaves are turning, which has not happened before. I did fertilize it 3 weeks ago. I water it once a month. I live in Arizona. What can I do to make it healthy again.
