Young Rose Bushes

I started two rose bushes from a knot last fall. They are doing great and need to be moved. When is a good time to move them?

It is always best to move rosebushes either in the early Spring before they get real actively growing or late in the Fall as they are going dormant. I far prefer the Spring move as the Fall move is much higher risk.
