Yellow Squad Leaves Are Turning Yellow, One In Another Location (pot) Is Thriving. Soil Issues?

Too much peat moss? Can I move them now? I know the roots don’t like to be disturbed. The two in different soil and location are very healthy with squash forming now. Should I try to “dig in” some soil amendments or use a liquid fertilizer? Which one? Thank you!

I wouldn't move the yellow ones if there are signs of fruit. This article should help:
