Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI live in the Fresno California area. I repotted my 5 large (6-8 inch trunk) sagos into larger pots (20 gal) this past late summer. The soil medium used was Kellog’s soil amendment mixed with Osmocote 7-9 month 17% nitrogen (used sparingly) and ironite. They had been growing in a shaded area and are now in a semi shaded area. I noticed a spotting of yellow (1/8 inch dots) prior to the transplant. They have increased in number. The drainage is good. Please advise.

It is likely a fungus. There are several that can create those yellow spots. Treat the plant with a fungicide. I like neem oil myself as it treats both fungus and pests and is safe for people and pests.
