Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comTrimmed Yellow Bells shrub back in March. When it started putting out new growth it got really cold. Regrowth is now black and dead. No new growth anywhere at this point. Is there still a chance it will recuperate?

Yes, there is still a chance. The only thing that you can give it is time, though. This type of damage doesn't, really, have a physical treatment.
