Would I Be Able To Grow Palmeria Plants In My Garden In The UK (South East)

If I can grow Palmeria plants, would they be better in soil or pots?

Is it plumerias you want to grow? They like warm weather in full sun. You have mild summers so you can try it. They are native to tropical areas so are cold sensitive. You may be able to plant them inground with plenty of mulch, if your winters don't get much below 50.
