Woolly Aphids

I have woolly aphids on my jade plant – I have tried on recommendation Rubbing Alcohol – they keep coming back so it doesn’t work. I cannot see the aphid that lays the eggs, how and what can I use please to get rid of them?

You can use an insecticidal soap spray, Neem oil, or Orthene.
