Winter damage Boxwood

Read your article on the subject, just wondering how to know precisely if the plants will return?
Beautifully manicured boxwood hedge appears to have been devastated by sub 20-below temps. There is still less than 10% green leaves and I doused the plants with Copper fungicide and trimmed back 3-4 weeks ago. Can it possibly survive?

Yes it is very possible that they will recover. They are quite hardy shrubs. It may take them a year or two to readjust. This is going to be a game of patience now.
